Rosary and Funeral Mass for Jackie Marquez, Sr. 52 of Grants, New Mexico will be held on Thursday-October 7, 2021-9:30 AM at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church. Burial will follow at the Grants Memorial Park. Jack was born on January 9, 1969 in Grants, New Mexico and he passed away on September 27, 2021 in Grants, New Mexico. Jack was a loving father, grandfather, brothers, uncle, and friend to many. Anyone who knew Jack knew he had a big heart and would always lend a helping hand. He was an incredible cook, and amazing dancer, loved to sing to his favorite music, draw, make people laugh and show his grandchildren his magic tricks. Most of all he was one of the best dads and grandpas. Family was everything to him. He leaves behind a life of love, laughter and may memories. He will always be missed, forever loved, and never forgotten. Jackie is survived by his five children and one son-in-law: Daughters: Ebony Saavedra and husband Albert, Nicole Marquez; Son: Jack Marquez, Jr.' Step Daughters: Devina Perez, and Vanessa Perez; Grandchildren: Isabella, Jaden Skyler, Amerie, Kyra, Josiah, Nathanial, Marcel, Luciano, Gionni; The mother of his children: Darlene Perez; Siblings: Eileen Solano and husband Joseph, Albert Marquez and wife Vanessa, Joey Marquez, Geneavieve Quinones, Michael Marquez, Alfonso Marquez, Linda Marrufo. He is preceded in death by his Parents: Leo Marquez and Prescilla Marquez; Sister: Sara Rodriguez.
